PURPOSE AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Confitería Blancanieves Tejedor S.L. is a company with its registered office at Calle Venta de la Estrella, 6 (Pab. 54) – Vitoria-Gasteiz – Álava (Spain) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Álava, in volume 834, folio 19, page number VI-6121, 1st registration, with Tax ID No B01270917.
The General Conditions of Sale and Use of the company Confitería Blancanieves Tejedor S.L. described below, define the rights and obligations of Confitería Blancanieves Tejedor S.L. in terms of its web page “reyfelipe.com”. By accessing the website and engaging in electronic commerce on the site, the user accepts these conditions of use.
By submitting an order, THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE.
PRICES
Understood as units and euros.
They shall be as shown in our current rates at the time the order is accepted. Prices may be changed without prior notice and notified as soon as possible.
TAXES
The order price includes the current VAT rate of 10%.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are included in the price* (mainland Spain). Delivery charges for orders placed with an urgent transportation service, or by an agency other than that which THE COMPANY has contracted, shall be borne by the consignee.
For international markets, delivery charges are negotiable.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The delivery time at the shipping address is 6 working days (peninsula shipments) from the time payment is made, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
PACKAGING
Orders will be delivered packed, provided that the order conforms to the packaging indicated in the price list. Otherwise, the corresponding packaging and handling will be charged.
SHIPMENTS
The goods are always shipped at the buyer's risk and expense, even under special agreements.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The price of the products can only be paid by any of the following means, chosen by the customer:
- Credit card: VISA
- Credit card: MASTERCARD
COMPLAINTS
No complaints about goods will be accepted after 5 days from the reception of the goods by the buyer. Under no circumstances will we accept returns of goods that do not appear in our current product catalogue, regardless of their condition.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days to return it counting from the date of delivery of the order. (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
It is imperative that you contact our Customer Service team by email or by telephone to determine the details of the return.
If payment was made by bank transfer, the amount will be paid into the account with the number you specified in the return.
No refund is allowed, after 10 days following delivery, which has not been previously checked and authorised by THE COMPANY’s sales department. In this way and in any case, it will only be accepted if it is sent DELIVERY CHARGES PAID.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is purely and simply limited to the replacement of defective items acknowledged as materially defective by THE COMPANY’s technical personnel, without any compensation.
OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS
THE COMPANY reserves the right of ownership of the delivered goods until the buyer has not fully paid for the goods supplied, in which case the goods shall be considered as a deposit in safe-keeping. Goods may be withdrawn for reasons of non-payment within the previously stipulated period.
JURISDICTION
Acceptance of our general conditions of sale implies, in cases of dispute, submission to the jurisdiction of the courts of VITORIA (ALAVA), waiving own jurisdiction.
PRICE LIST/CATALOGUE
This price list/catalogue supersedes the previous ones. THE COMPANY reserves the right to change prices whenever necessary, without the obligation to notify customers in advance.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify all or part of any item contained in this price list, without prior notice.
