RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days to return it counting from the date of delivery of the order. (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).

It is imperative that you contact our Customer Service team by email or by telephone to determine the details of the return.

If payment was made by bank transfer, the amount will be paid into the account with the number you specified in the return.

No refund is allowed, after 10 days following delivery, which has not been previously checked and authorised by THE COMPANY’s sales department. In this way and in any case, it will only be accepted if it is sent DELIVERY CHARGES PAID.

COMPLAINTS

No complaints about goods will be accepted after 5 days from the reception of the goods by the buyer. Under no circumstances will we accept returns of goods that do not appear in our current product catalogue, regardless of their condition.
